I also hold a NJ Title Producer License. My service area includes Bucks, Montgomery and parts of Philadelphia County, PA along with Mercer  and Burlington County, NJ. I have experience in refinances, purchases, FHA and VA loans, RESPA signings, HELOCs, annuities and settlements. I am certified, licensed, bonded, fingerprinted and background screened with $100,000 E and O insurance. I am also available to perform site inspections.
